Ms Clements and I interacted back in February over an issue I was having and again tonight. Initially I was not sure what to expect given that I was told she would call me back after 5pm, a time when everything is closed and everyone has gone home. The reality is, is that she did call. She was very patient with me as I explained my frustration over an issue and she educated me on the process so that I would better understand what I needed to do moving forward. I am not sure if any resident in Bella Vista could ask for more than that. I find that customers are very hard on people when they don't get exactly what they want. I believe in compromise and to keep an open mind even over the most frustrating issues. We need more people like Kelly Clements. No process is perfect and I cannot imagine how overwhelmed she must feel at times. I've been in the military for nearly 30 years now, and I have seen many issues. I cannot think of a single issue that I have resolved through pure emotion. Kelly was calm, welcoming and presented the facts. Thank you Kelly!

One star (would give zero if I could) and one word - USELESS! Think long and hard before you hire this incompetent company to manage your community. In 6 months we had 4 different managers assigned to us. The turnover there is ridiculous. They hire untrained unreliable people. Our manager didn't even show up to our first board meeting. She emailed the next day that she forgot about it. Then she quit. Never heard from the next manager then she got fired. The next manager had way too much on her plate then the next one had zero experience in property management. Can't even get a simple project done correctly without the help of the HOA board. I did 75% of the work they were supposed to do (I'm a volunteer with a full time job) while paying them to do it. They'll yes you to death when you interview them but can't deliver on the promises. Had an irrigation vendor forced on us (who also misinformed us) See the Google review for Hopestone Landscape and Irrigation and you'll see why...they were going to charge us 5 times the amount of the one we ended up hiring. Be careful!

I have had several properties managed by other groups over the years and I wish they could have all been managed by lifetime HOA management. They were helpful, patient and caring. Chris was great and helped get me logged into my account so I could get everything taken care of. He took the time to walk me through the site and answered all my questions. I hope we can keep this management company forever. Thank you Chris for helping today!

Gabbie De La Torre has been incredibly helpful to my husband Martin Elkins and I. She helped us when we were having our roof replaced and later a new fence replaced. She answered all of our questions and concerns very quickly. She guided us on processing all of the documentation that is required for these changes. The HOA procedures were new to us. She has the patience of a Saint. We appreciate her professionalism and kindness at a time that was very stressful to us. She and her staff are great. Oak Run Parkway is lucky to have her. sincerely, Diana Elkins

This is the most unprofessional HOA management company that has been in my community for the past 18 years. Our community manager regularly uses sarcasm and condescending language toward my wife and I via e-mails and at board meetings. As a former board member off and on throughout my time living in my neighborhood, I asked some important financial questions that the management company refuses to answer. Questions such as: Why do we pay $20 for each certified letter sent when the management contract given to me clearly states $15? Why are drive throughs not taking place each two weeks (as postings and picture evidence suggests from the Lifetime website) as outlined in the contract given to me? Furthermore, when drive throughs are taking place why are neatly positioned garbage cans at the curb considered a violation when the next day is garbage day? Could it be because you collect administrative fees for each violation noted? Why was only one complete sprinkler replacement estimate given to the board as opposed to the normal 3-5 estimates? Furthermore, why was the only bid given to a company that already takes care of 15 other Lifetime properties? Why are some residents receiving a $75 administrative charge (3 times the normal rate) as you try to collect past due assessment fees? Why are administrative fees for our association $3,000 over budget midway through the fiscal year? My questions illustrate a pattern of deceitful practices when a for-profit company (like Lifetime) tries to give the appearance that they care about a nonprofit (like my association). After asking these questions, I was harassed by a lawyer through a phone call, e-mail, letter, and even a personal set-up at an after hours board meeting when I did not know the lawyer would be there. Of course, I promptly left the meeting but later asked the question of how much money the association (as orchestrated by Lifetime) was spending on an after hours lawyer to intimidate me? Lifetime did not answer that question either. In summary, Lifetime manipulates most situations to create the greatest stream of revenue for the least amount of work. Our community manager is merely a salesperson using deceitful tactics on hundreds of unsuspecting homeowners who pay association dues and get zero value. She surrounds herself with a board (one of whom is a former community manager not coincidentally) that is supportive of this behavior and allows her to use sarcasm and lawyers when she does not want to answer a question. It's absolutely ridiculous and if I have persuaded one person not to use this management company then this review has been a victory. It is not surprising that the next board meeting has returned to a virtual format instead of in-person. Of course Lifetime can continue to charge exorbitant administrative fees, avoid difficult questions about business ethics, and discourage participation during virtual meetings. Again, Lifetime is making as much money as possible by doing the least amount of work so the virtual format aligns with those goals. My community pays north of $30,000 per year (management fees plus administrative fees) to Lifetime and has no amenities (pool, playground, community center, etc.) and the grass and bushes are dead after paying over $3,000 to a Lifetime-sponsored company for a new sprinkler system. We just had our first community gathering in over 3 years for National Night Out. Where is the money going and where is the value? As a community member and former board member I am appalled that a company makes that much money from my hard earned wages for doing nothing. Please move on to a new management company for your needs.

Kelly Clements is the best!! She worked persistently with me through several weeks to set up my computer access. She was patient, friendly, and professional, even working on her personal time to help me. I was so impressed with her! She is awesome!

Hello Friends! I have luce in my new build for 5 months now and have submitted 6 requests with Liferime HOA Management. The website is not only easy to navigate but also contain easily accessible documents, neighborhood info and happenings, and most relevant for me lately, super easy instructions on how to submit requests. Each time I submitted a request the team was prompt with their initial review and fair in their considerations. If my request was denied, it was a valid denial with details on what additional info was need from me and why. In addition, if I had questions and needed to speak with someone directly, they ALWAYS answered their phones and were ALWAYS helpful. Lastly, I appreciate Lifetime HOA for using multiple avenues to communicate with me... email, text, letters in the mail. I appreciate my HOA team!
